No. We accept Amazon's QR-code returns by scanning the code on your phone. We also accept items with pre-printed labels and Amazon's no-box no-label drop-off option for eligible items. The whole point is you don't need to print anything at home.

Amazon typically processes refunds within 3 to 7 business days after we scan the drop-off. You get an immediate Amazon email confirming receipt at the drop-off point as soon as we scan. The refund timing depends on Amazon's processing, not on us.

Yes. If the Amazon return requires packaging (anything fragile, oversized, or that didn't ship in its original Amazon box), we have boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts on hand. We package it correctly so it survives the carrier's transit, and you don't need to worry about damage claims.
Amazon's return label specifies the carrier. We process whichever the label requires — UPS, USPS, or other. Both our Radcliff and Elizabethtown counters are authorized to drop-off for UPS and USPS, so most Amazon returns route through us cleanly.
No. The Amazon return drop-off itself is free. If we have to package your item (you bring it in loose), there's a small packaging fee depending on the box and protection needed. We quote the packaging fee before any work; if you decline, you walk out with the item and no charge.
