By accessing our website, using any services provided by Horizon Pack and Ship LLC, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, subscribers, and others who access or use our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Horizon Pack and Ship provides a comprehensive range of services at our Radcliff and Elizabethtown, KY locations, including: shipping through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL; professional packing for items of all sizes; printing and copy services; notary public services; mailbox rental and virtual mailbox services; passport acceptance services; courier and local delivery; apostille services; and business services such as faxing, scanning, and shredding.
We also offer SaaS and digital tools that allow customers to track and manage their shipments, access mailbox services remotely, and interact with our service offerings online. Use of these digital tools is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We act as an authorized shipping center for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. All shipments are subject to each carrier's terms, conditions, and liability limits. Horizon Pack and Ship is not liable for carrier delays, losses, or damages beyond the coverage provided by the carrier.
We provide rate comparison services across multiple carriers to help you find the best shipping option. Quoted rates are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Final rates may vary based on actual package dimensions, weight, and carrier surcharges applied at the time of shipment.
Insurance and declared value coverage is optional and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing additional coverage for high-value items. Horizon Pack and Ship is not an insurance provider and makes no guarantees regarding carrier claim outcomes.
We offer professional packing services for items of all sizes. Once items are packed and shipped, claims for damage must be filed with the carrier per their claims process. We will assist customers with filing claims when needed.
We guarantee the quality of our packing work. If an item professionally packed by Horizon Pack and Ship is damaged during transit, we will assist with the carrier claim process at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to items packed entirely by our staff using our materials and methods. Items self-packed or partially packed by the customer are not covered under this guarantee.
Print orders are produced through our print partners. We strive for accuracy but are not liable for errors in customer-supplied files. Proofs should be reviewed carefully before approval.
Digital proofs are provided for customer approval before production begins. Once a proof has been approved by the customer, Horizon Pack and Ship is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof, including but not limited to typos, incorrect colors, or formatting issues. Rush orders may incur additional fees, which will be communicated prior to production. Custom print orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Notary services are performed in accordance with Kentucky state law. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. Our notary services are limited to witnessing signatures and administering oaths as permitted by law.
Mailbox rental services are available in monthly and annual subscription plans. A completed USPS Form 1583 is required for all physical mailbox rentals, along with two forms of acceptable identification as required by USPS regulations.
Virtual mailbox services are provided through our authorized partners, including Anytime Mailbox, iPostal1, and PostScan Mail. Virtual mailbox services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective partner platform in addition to these terms.
All mailbox subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date. Upon termination of a mailbox rental agreement, mail will be held for 30 days, after which unclaimed mail will be returned to sender or disposed of in accordance with USPS regulations. Horizon Pack and Ship is not responsible for mail lost, stolen, or delayed by USPS or other carriers after deposit into your mailbox or during forwarding.
Certain services, including mailbox rental, virtual mailbox, and SaaS tools, are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us in person, by phone, or by email.
Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided. If you cancel a subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and approved digital payment methods. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee. Outstanding account balances that remain unpaid for more than 30 days may be referred to a third-party collections agency. You are responsible for any additional fees, costs, or expenses incurred in the collection of overdue amounts, including reasonable attorney's fees.
By providing your email address or phone number when using our services, you consent to receive transactional communications from Horizon Pack and Ship, including order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, appointment reminders, and service-related notices.
You may also opt in to receive marketing communications, including promotions, special offers, service updates, and newsletters. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to your active services.
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable federal and state regulations governing electronic communications.
We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information. We use this information to process orders, fulfill services, communicate with you about your account and services, and improve our offerings.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers and carriers as necessary to fulfill your orders and provide our services. By using our site, you agree that we and our analytics, behavioral-tracking, and advertising partners can collect and use website usage data via cookies and similar technologies for analytics, ad measurement, and site improvement. Categories of data captured include web analytics, product analytics, behavioral analytics (including heatmaps and session replay), and advertising/conversion measurement. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Horizon Pack and Ship is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Carrier liability is governed solely by the applicable carrier's terms and conditions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in Hardin County, Kentucky, before pursuing any other form of legal action.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Hardin County, Kentucky, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Horizon Pack and Ship LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to: your use of our services; your violation of these Terms and Conditions; your violation of any rights of another party; or any content or materials you provide to us in connection with our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with active accounts or posted prominently on our website. Your continued use of our services or website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
